Eligibility
A refund request must come from the email on the invoice or from an authorized finance contact at the same company. Seats transferred to a colleague in the same intake are not refunds; they are substitutions, allowed once, in writing, at least five days before evening one.
Timeframe for a full refund
Full refund of tuition is available if we receive a written request at least fourteen calendar days before the first scheduled evening (Lab Bench or a multi-evening studio) or before Field Seat access credentials are issued. If Devpacketline cancels an intake, you receive a full refund automatically or a transfer to the next intake at your choice.
Partial refund
If you withdraw between thirteen and three days before evening one, we refund 50% of tuition. After evening one begins, or after Field Seat credentials are used to open any recording, tuition is not refundable except as described under exceptions. Studio Retainership quarterly fees are refundable in full only before the quarter’s first scheduled review; after that review, the quarter is considered delivered.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer fees charged by your institution, travel to the Ramintra studio, hotels, and privately printed materials you produce are not refundable. Guest dinner or optional open-desk evenings, if invoiced separately, are non-refundable within seven days of the event.
Refund process
Email info@devpacketline.digital with the subject “Refund request”, the invoice number, seat type, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days. Approved refunds go back by the same method used to pay (Thai bank transfer or the original international rail), unless you and our finance desk agree otherwise in writing.
Processing time
Once approved, we instruct our bank within ten working days. Incoming credit at your bank may take additional days depending on the corridor. We will send a confirmation when our side has released the funds.
Refund method
We do not refund in cash at the studio. We do not refund onto a different person’s account without a written instruction from the original payer. Currency of refund matches the invoice currency.
Cancellation by Devpacketline
If faculty illness or venue failure forces us to stop an intake after it has started, we offer either a pro-rata refund for unused evenings or a seat in the next comparable program. You choose. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you booked independently.
Exceptions
If we determine during the first two evenings that your team cannot supply a sanitized live export and therefore cannot complete critique, we may offer a conversion to Field Seat plus a partial refund of the difference, or a full refund minus a ฿2,000 administrative fee, at our discretion. Medical emergencies documented before evening three are considered in good faith case by case.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in a hold on future seats for that company until the dispute is resolved.
